Co-Founder
Ryan’s career in the radiology industry began in 1995 when he was 17 and still in high school, working part time for a leading equipment and service provider in New York City.
In 2000 while in college, Ryan set out on his own and formed Clinical Imaging Systems, Inc, with a goal to build a company that focused on providing radiology equipment and services direct to end users, ISO’s, OEM partners and the ever-expanding international markets.
Over the past 22 years, CIS has grown to be an industry leader, supplying advanced and cost-effective solutions for the radiology community worldwide. CIS conducts its equipment and service operations from our 30,000 square-foot facility in Milford Michigan while maintaining our corporate headquarters in Jupiter Florida.
In 2020 Ryan formed (CMI) Clarity Mobile Imaging, LLC and in 2021 he was joined by Shawn Kightlinger, a close friend and service engineer as an equal equity partner. Together Shawn and Ryan utilize their industry knowledge and years of experience to ensure CMI consistently delivers state of the art mobile imaging solutions for its customers and clients.
Co-Founder
Shawn started his professional career as a journeyman Electrician. Naturally, this led him to wiring several CT and MRI staging bays and becoming an in-house and eventually a field service engineer in the diagnostic imaging industry. Some of Shawn’s roles in addition to service engineer include parts repair, MRI coil repair, Senior FSE, Service Manager, Project Manager, internal and external training instructor, and CT/MRI Support Specialist, supporting hundreds of engineers and customers around the country.
Shawn has worked with a couple start up to acquisition companies, while continuously being promoted through his journey. In 2021, Shawn teamed up with a long-time friend and industry leader in 3rd party equipment sales and together, they have formed Clarity Mobile Imaging.
Shawn’s role with Clarity is leading the service operations teams as an Engineer himself. Shawn is also responsible for running the day-to-day business operations for Clarity.
VP, Business Development & Marketing
Melissa started her career in 2003 working for a service company in the independent diagnostic imaging industry. Over the past 20 years,
Melissa’s roles include administration, finance, service operations, contracts management, marketing and sales management. All of her career has been focused on CT, MRI and PET/CT sales, service and mobiles. Melissa has developed and worked for a couple of widely known brands in the diagnostic imaging equipment and services market, including several start up to acquisition companies.
Melissa’s role with Clarity is to develop Clarity’s growing position as a trusted mobile imaging provider. Melissa is responsible for continuing to service and build relationships that are mutually beneficial to the clients of CMI.
